A Taste of History

Stone House "Tavern Chef" Stan Malecki

The Stone House “Taste of History” programs allow visitors to learn more about local history, while also learning the role of  food and cooking in our rich past.  Our programs use authentic historic recipes prepared using traditional techniques.  Visitors enjoy a hands-on, interactive history education while sampling delicious dishes from long ago!

Our Taste of History program will be featured at all Special Events taking place at the Old Stone house. Click on the 2012 Special Events tab for more info on specific dates and events.
