Open to kids age 6-10, this 3-day history experience offers kids an entertaining and educational opportunity to learn about the past! Historically accurate games, crafts, and colonial cooking experiences will give kids a hands-on experience and nurture an appreciation for early American history! Lunch provided each day.

Q: Will my child need any money or other items?
A: No. All supplies for activities are included in the registration fee.
Q: Will food be provided?
A: Yes! Each day kids will be fed a simple but healthy meal prepared using historically-accurate methods
Q: My child has a food allergy – what precautions should I take?
A: We will make every effort to accommodate your child’s needs. If we are unable to do so, we will inform you of this immediately.
Q: Who will be supervising/teaching my child?
A: Docents of the Old Stone House, who are current students at Slippery Rock University, with oversight from the Stone House graduate assistant and the site’s curator. All employees and volunteers at Old Stone House are required to receive full background check clearances.
